BOATHOUSE BAR
A luxury lakeside bar designed for relaxing and entertaining in Muskoka.
Tucked along the quiet shoreline of a Muskoka lake, The Boathouse Bar is a refined retreat for effortless lakeside entertaining. Large garage-style doors open fully to the water, transforming the space into an open-air lounge that blends seamlessly with the outdoors.
At the heart of the island is the Kohler Undertone 33" trough sink, designed to hold bottles, manage excess ice, and serve as both a functional prep area and a built-in entertaining feature.
Custom-built with Alumina cabinetry in a Sandstone finish, the bar features a clean, modern palette that complements the natural wood textures and black architectural accents. The countertops and island are clad in honed Serrado Nero Quartzite — a dramatic stone with rich veining and fluid movement. Flowing across every surface, the quartzite unifies the space with sculptural elegance.
Premium, panel-ready appliances are seamlessly integrated to enhance functionality while preserving the bar’s sleek aesthetic. A Sub-Zero over-under fridge and freezer, Sub-Zero ice maker, and Thermador dishwasher provide all the essentials for hosting, while staying discreetly tucked behind cabinetry for a minimal, uninterrupted look.
With garage doors wide open, the bar extends naturally to the waterfront deck. Sunlight, fresh air, and panoramic lake views become part of the experience, blurring the boundary between indoors and out.
Warm materials, clean lines, and sculptural surfaces come together to create a timeless space — one that invites long afternoons and late evenings by the water.
